GridBrief Privacy Notice

Who we are: GridBrief by East Bay Services, 6421 N. Florida Ave, Suite D-1856, Tampa, FL 33604. Contact: hello@eastbayservices.com. GridBrief by East Bay Services is the controller responsible for your information; the legal seller is identified in our Terms.
This notice covers GridBrief: our briefs, checkout and email.
1. What we collect
- Account and contact details: name, email, company and the names/emails of your seat users.
- Billing details: handled by Stripe. We see your name, email, the plan, payment status and the last digits of your card; we never see or store full card numbers.
- Delivery records: what we sent you and when.
- Buyer-specific marks: each copy of a brief carries visible and/or invisible marks containing an account ID (no name, email or payment data). We use it only to trace unauthorized copies and enforce our license.
- Email: what you send us, and replies or opt-outs to our emails.
2. How we use it
To deliver briefs, bill you, give support, keep things secure, enforce our Terms, and send the emails you signed up for or that relate to your purchase. We do not sell personal information and we do not run ads.
3. Who we share it with
Service providers that run GridBrief for us: Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (website hosting and security) and Microsoft 365 (email). We share information if the law requires it.
4. How long we keep it
We keep your account data for 30 days after cancellation, then delete it, except where we must keep records by law (for example, payment and tax records).
5. Your choices
Email hello@eastbayservices.com to see, correct or delete your information. To stop marketing email, reply STOP or email hello@eastbayservices.com with "unsubscribe"; we honor requests within 10 business days.
6. Security
We use reputable providers and limit access to the people who run GridBrief. No system is perfectly secure.
7. Children
GridBrief is for business buyers and is not meant for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their information.
8. Changes
If this notice changes, we will update the effective date above.
