Refund & Dispute Policy

Single briefs ($295)

A Single brief gives you 31 days of access from delivery. Single briefs are not refundable once delivered, unless the brief was never delivered or is materially defective and you report it to hello@eastbayservices.com within 14 days of delivery.

Subscriptions (Monthly, Weekly, Daily)

There are no partial refunds for the current billing period. You can cancel anytime; see Cancellation.

How to request a refund

Email hello@eastbayservices.com with your receipt or the email you paid with, and describe the problem. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe.

Billing questions and disputes

If a charge looks wrong, please email us first so we can fix it quickly. For any other dispute, the informal notice, Florida governing law and venue terms in section 12 of our Terms apply.
